The real problem

Let's talk about it: was it ever the discount that sold your Black Friday?

The problemShoppers charging through a store entrance under a huge red sign that reads Doorbuster Deals Today

Nope. Not even close.

Quick vocab lesson. A doorbuster is the big-box trick of pricing one thing SO low that folks line up at 4am... then walk out with a full cart at regular price. ๐Ÿ›’

Works great for a store with 10,000 products.

For YOUR shop? Oof. It backfires.

Mark everything down 70% and here's what happens:

  • The buyer who paid full price in October? She notices. ๐Ÿ‘€
  • Your list learns to wait for the sale.
  • And come Cyber Monday, you have NO idea which email actually made the money.

The answer? Plan the sale instead of slashing the prices.

And here's the kicker (the part nobody tells you):

It was never the WRITING that made November hard. It was the DECIDING. Done too late. Done alone. Done at 11pm with cold coffee. โ˜•

The Anti-Doorbuster moves all that deciding to September and October, so Thanksgiving week can actually be... Thanksgiving week.

The answerA calm launch workspace: laptop dashboard, open planner calendar for September and October, coffee, and email mockups showing the Anti-Doorbuster planning process.
Doorbuster chaos ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ
  • One deep discount on everything
  • Recent full-price buyers feel burned
  • Fake urgency to force the click
  • Guessing what the goal will take
  • Finishing exhausted with zero useful data
Advent Doors calm ๐Ÿ˜Œ
  • One offer per door, each built for one kind of buyer
  • The 60-day rule protects the people who just paid you
  • A new door each morning gives people a REAL reason to come back
  • Knowing how many buyers your goal needs before you commit
  • Finishing with a debrief ready for next year

The idea

Meet Advent Doors: the sale they come back to EVERY. SINGLE. MORNING.

Picture this, friend.

It's launch morning. One door is open. Behind it? A bundle made for exactly one kind of buyer, so she knows in ONE sentence whether it's for her.

The rest of the doors are closed, branded, and showing the day they open. (Cue the curiosity. ๐Ÿ˜)

Tomorrow morning, the next door pops open all on its own. And every door that's already open STAYS open until the one deadline everybody remembers: the moment the whole sale closes.

Oh, and at the very bottom? Your special offer. Open from the first morning to the last minute. It's the easy yes for the buyer on a budget... and the way a one-week shopper becomes a monthly member. ๐Ÿ’ธ

So why does it sell without the pressure?

Three reasons, friend:

Same price for everybody.

The 6am email reader and the after-bedtime email reader get the exact same deal. Nobody who buys on Monday watches it get cheaper on Friday.

If you have people in your audience who live in other countries, this sale works out for them too. They don't have to get up early at the crack of dawn or stay up all night. Instead, they have plenty of time to purchase from your sale until the ending date you set.

A real reason to come back.

New morning, new door, new peek. Your emails never need one line of fake urgency. ๐Ÿ‘ Not ๐Ÿ‘ one. ๐Ÿ‘

Because more than one door is open when your visitor gets to your page, they can buy multiple doors. Some people will only come to your page one time, so it's a missed opportunity if only one door is open with the others slammed shut.

It flexes.

Open doors daily like an advent calendar, or open and slam them shut in a few hours like Amazon Lightning Deals. โšก

Five-day Black Friday? Twelve-day holiday sale? Flash weekend?

You got it, dude! ๐Ÿ‘

From a real launch

The receipts
(aka what happened when I ran it)

5 Days of Black Friday Bundles: daily bundle doors, a sales dashboard, and the Business Beach Club membership offer shown across desktop, tablet, and phone.

For years I've run 12 Days of Course Deals around Christmas. (Still do. Love it.)

Last year I tried a mini version for Black Friday: 5 Days of Black Friday Bundles. New door every morning through Cyber Monday. A Business Beach Club membership deal at the bottom, 50% off the first month.

The result?

๐Ÿ’ฐ $100,000 from an 8,000-subscriber list.

๐ŸŒด 62 one-week shoppers turned into monthly members.

๐Ÿ™Œ Zero "prices go up tonight!!!" emails until the sale actually ended.

Latecomers still found every door waiting. Early birds never got burned. Everybody wins.

But wait. Could it work with a WAY smaller list?

Enter Cheyenne. She's a full-time teacher who runs a homeschool curriculum biz on the side, and she ran it on a list of fewer than 2,000 people. Here's how that went โคต๏ธ

I got beta testing access to this Anti-Doorbuster System in Becky's Inner Circle mastermind, and now my approach to launching has changed for the better.

Nowadays when I want to decide what I should be selling, what emails to send, and how to structure the promotion as I go, I have a clear system to follow from the beginning.

That launch brought in $30,000. But what I loved most was that it didn't feel like I had to discount everything or throw together a last minute promotion just to make sales. I had a strategy behind what I was doing.

If you tend to overcomplicate launches or wait until the last minute to put everything together, this system gives you the structure to actually get it done.

No tech skills required

"Cool idea, Becky. But who's building all this?"

Not you, friend. That's the whole point.

Building an Advent Doors sale means picking which offer goes behind which door, running the numbers, making a page where doors open on schedule, AND writing a week's worth of emails. (Exhausting just typing it. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ)

The Anti-Doorbuster System does all of it for you. It lives inside Claude as an AI skill. Install it once, bring your offers and your dates, and type ONE sentence:

"Plan my Black Friday launch."

That's it. That's the whole magic spell. ๐Ÿช„

Never used Claude for a launch? ๐Ÿ‘‹

Zero problem. You don't need to write a single prompt. The skill asks you questions in plain English, one at a time, and nine short course modules show you what it's doing and what to double-check. Installing takes about three minutes, and the setup call walks you through it on screen.

Already a Claude power user? ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Then you already know the prompt was never the hard part. The STRATEGY is. What you're really getting here is the decision-making behind a $100K launch: the 60-day rule, the buyer math, the door-by-door offer plan, and the special offer at the bottom. All baked right into the skill, so Claude makes those calls the way I would. You could spend a whole season testing your way there. Or you could start from the version that already worked. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Either way? The minute you build your Advent Doors sale, you stop deciding under pressure and start approving a plan that's already done.

Let's open some doors โคต๏ธ

One calm operating system

One guided run. You're the boss the whole way.

Advent Doors sales page shown with a closed door and an opened door, beside the live sales dashboard and the tracking spreadsheet.

Here's how it goes down.

The system moves with you one decision at a time. It asks about your offers, your list, and your dates. Then it builds your sale piece by piece and PAUSES so you can peek at each part before it moves on.

You review every draft. Ask for changes until it sounds like you. And nothing sends or publishes without your approval. Ever. (All the speed of AI, none of the handing-over-the-keys.)

It even builds your Advent Doors sales page, with each door set to open and close on YOUR schedule. Single offer? Daily doors? Lightning-deal doors? You pick. The page follows your plan, not some cookie-cutter template. ๐Ÿช๐Ÿšซ

By the end of the run, your whole launch is planned, written, reviewed, and ready to roll.

โ€œPlan my Black Friday launch.โ€One sentence starts the system

I have been in the digital product business for years, and I can honestly say The Anti-Doorbuster really impressed me.

Becky has taken the complexity and stress out of planning a Black Friday launch and turned it into a clear, practical system.

I especially love how it covers everything from the offer and launch strategy to the emails, follow-up, and post-launch review.

Becky clearly knows her stuff, and you can see the experience behind this system.

If you want a smarter, more organized way to approach your next launch, I highly recommend The Anti-Doorbuster.

The Anti-Doorbuster saved me SO much time on my launch.

Instead of spending nights figuring out what emails to write, what to post, and what needed to happen next, I had the whole launch mapped out for me.

I was not constantly sitting at my computer wondering if I had forgotten something. And honestly, that was the biggest win.

I got to spend that extra time with my kids and my dog instead of disappearing into launch mode for weeks.

I could step away from my laptop and actually be present because I knew the plan was already there waiting for me.

I still got to run my launch. I just did not have to let the launch run my life.

Built from a real launch

Hi, I'm Becky (and I built this for ME first)

Becky Beach, AI Business Strategist and creator of The Anti-Doorbuster System

Becky Beach

AI Business Strategist ยท Coach ยท Systems Builder

Before running a seven-figure digital products and coaching biz, I spent 20 years in systems and machine learning at Fortune 500 companies like Verizon and American Airlines. (Yep. The nerd credentials are real. ๐Ÿค“)

So when my own Black Friday sales kept turning into a week of late nights and deep discounts, I did what any recovering corporate systems girl would do.

I built a system.

The Anti-Doorbuster packages everything behind my $100K Advent Doors launch: one clear rule, one focused campaign, and every decision made BEFORE the urgency kicks in.

11 years in digital productsMIT-certified in AI strategyAmazon bestselling authorFeatured in Forbes

The Anti Doorbuster is amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a personalized strategic, marketing, and communications partner at an affordable price.

The system doesn't just help me plan; it literally sets up, customizes, and automates the entire launch process for my specific business. It reviews my offers, recommends the strongest approach, helps me reach and exceed my goals, and creates everything I need in my own voice and brand, including emails, sales pages, and social posts, without me having to spend time and energy piecing things together.

With scheduled tasks, a live dashboard, and a personalized debrief, the program kept everything moving forward seamlessly.

And this system goes far beyond Black Friday. It is invaluable for any deadline I need to meet, whether it is for a holiday, a launch, or a conference. It makes everything so much easier to manage and gives me space to focus on what matters most to me.

I have been a huge fan of Becky for years. Her products are always top quality, her customer service is exemplary, and this is no exception.

Questions, answered

Before you decide.

What's a doorbuster, and why are we "anti"?

A doorbuster is a retail item priced SO low it gets people through the door (think a $49 TV at 5am). Big stores can eat that loss because you'll fill your cart with everything else. Your digital shop? Can't. So we swap the deep discount for Advent Doors, a sale that brings folks back every day without slashing prices on everything.

I already use Claude. Why can't I just DIY this?

You totally could build the prompts! What you can't prompt your way into is the strategy behind a $100K launch: which offers go behind which doors, what the 60-day rule protects, how many buyers your goal REALLY needs, and how the special offer turns shoppers into members. That's all baked in and tested on a real launch, so you start from what worked instead of from scratch.

I've never touched Claude. Can I still do this?

Oui! You'll need a paid Claude plan, and installing the skill takes about three minutes. After that, it asks plain-English questions one at a time, and the course plus the setup call show you every click. Rather stay in ChatGPT? A lighter version is included. ๐Ÿ’•

Do I need Claude to use this?

The full system runs as a Claude skill in Claude Cowork for scheduling automations, so you need a Claude paid plan. A lighter ChatGPT version is included; it plans and writes the launch but does not have all of the Claude version's scheduling and publishing capabilities.

I'm not techy. Is setup hard?

Installation takes about three minutes: upload one file, turn it on, then add your offers and a few past emails. The guide walks through each step in plain English.

Will it send emails or post for me?

No. It drafts each email and post and organizes when it should go out, but you stay in control of sending and publishing.

Is this useful with a small list?

Yes. The offer math shows how many buyers your goal needs from the audience you actually have, so you can set a grounded target before committing.

Does it only work for Black Friday?

No. Use it for any promotion with a real deadline. Give it the occasion and dates and it builds the launch plan around them.

What if it is already November?

The system checks how many days remain and switches to a compressed or sprint plan while keeping the offer-protection, recovery, and compliance steps.

Are the revenue results guaranteed?

No. The $100,000 result is Becky's own Black Friday launch, and the $30,000 result belongs to one customer. Results vary.

What is the refund policy?

Because this is a downloadable digital product, it cannot be returned. If you experience a problem, email support@beckybeach.ai.

What is Advent Doors?

It's a new edition inside the Anti-Doorbuster System for running a calendar of deals instead of one offer. One deal opens each day like a door on an advent calendar, every open door stays open until the sale ends, and one special offer runs the whole time at the bottom of the page.

I have SAGE, does Anti-Doorbuster System work with her?

Yes, Anti-Doorbuster System works hand-in-hand with SAGE: The AI Executive Team. Instead of building a separate project for your Anti-Doorbuster System, run the Skill in your SAGE Project in either Claude or ChatGPT.

How many doors can I run?

Anywhere from three to twelve. Five fits a Black Friday week well, and twelve works for a 12 Days of Deals style sale. The skill helps you choose the number you can fill with strong offers rather than the number the calendar allows.

What if I don't have enough offers to fill the doors?

The skill helps you find doors you already own, like a workshop replay, a template pack or a few spots of a service. If a door would still be thin, it recommends running one fewer door rather than a weak one, down to a minimum of three. If you only have one offer this season, use the original Anti-Doorbuster, which is included too.

Do I have to get up early to open each door?

No. The sales page opens each door by itself at the time you choose, and when the sale closes, every button switches to Closed on its own.

What about buyers in other time zones?

That's what Advent Doors is built for. Every visitor sees each door's opening time in their own time zone, and because open doors stay open, a buyer who is asleep when a door opens finds it waiting for them in the morning. The last days of the sale have every door open, which gives everyone a fair chance at every deal.

What does the sales page look like?

It builds to match the number of doors you pick, with one day button and one door card for each door. Locked doors show a closed-door graphic in your brand colors. On the morning a door opens, a picture of that offer appears with a few short bullets pulled from your own sales page.

Will the page work on my website?

It works on most website builders that allow a custom code block, including Kajabi, Systeme, WordPress and Squarespace. If your builder strips out code, the skill gives you a version you update by hand each morning, with a reminder so you don't miss a door.

Can people find my checkout links before a door opens?

The page hides each door's button until its morning, but a link written into a page can still be found in the page code. The setup guide shows you two fixes: schedule each checkout to start taking orders at its door time, or paste each link in on the morning it opens.

What should my special offer be?

It works best as something different from the doors. That could be a membership deal like a discounted first month, your signature offer at a sale price, every door together for one price, or a few spots of a service. The skill walks you through choosing, and it won't mark a membership offer ready until the renewal terms are filled in.

Is Advent Doors only for Black Friday?

No. You can use it for a 12 Days of Deals, a birthday sale, a January reset, or any time you want to run several offers in one window.
